if you are getting to the toll plaza, -- toll plaza you will see a 15 minute delay and in oakland they opened just a few hours ago but there are no major problems and no trouble on the bridge. brian talked about livermore still clearing that crash it was on the right lane but they moved it to the shoulder, traffic is slow coming to the pass and schools have time off this week and it may make it easier tomorrow and some people will be observing good friday as well. let's go to steve. >>> ben picked up a couple of 1 / 100th and not only clouds and light rain but offshore it is funneling up from the southwest and we will have a cloudy to mostly cloudy day and it is partly cloudy skies, and warm and muggy. san francisco is starting off very mild and most locations are. we will go 62 which is where we are and see how the temperatures, my goodness, 57 and 53 in novato, dry on last report, there has been some dry weather and i have seen about a 10th of an never to a quarter, some seems to be decreasing and sometimes radar misses that and you can see on highway 4 in the east bay back to walnut
